Kathryn brings a wealth of experience to her role, having begun her career in Manchester before joining Weaver Vale to head up the team at Prospa. Her goal is simple: to ensure we continue offering beautiful homes in stunning locations; accessible and affordable to all.

Emma brings wide-ranging experience in housing to Prospa, where she helps coordinate our development and sales efforts. She’s makes sure everyone works together efficiently, from our internal teams to our external consultants. Emma’s role is crucial in making sure we deliver affordable homes with a personal touch.
